Effora Escapes is an independent travel-planning and pricing service. We are not the official website, booking agent, or representative of Garza Blanca, Hotel Mousai, Villa del Palmar, TAFER Hotels & Resorts, The Villa Group, or ResortCom. Resort names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Submitting the request form does not create a reservation, hold inventory, or authorize a charge. Calendar amounts are starting-price guides. A final quote is prepared only after the exact accommodation, dates, occupancy, booking access, owner availability, public comparison, mandatory costs, promotions, and current stay rules are verified.
A verified quote must be approved by the owner and accepted by the customer before reservation work can begin. Inventory can change until the resort reservation is confirmed. A quote expiration date, accommodation details, inclusions, and all currently known costs will be shown in writing.
No payment is collected by the pricing-request form. If payment becomes due, the exact amount, timing, accepted method, and payment processor will be disclosed before payment. Do not place card or bank information in the request notes or send it by ordinary email.
Cancellation and change terms depend on the exact resort reservation and will be provided before the customer accepts a final quote or pays. The written terms supplied with the approved stay control. Customers should not make payment until those terms are clear and accepted.
Optional all-inclusive dining can be booked and paid in advance directly through the resort. The standard rate is currently $155 per adult, per day, and the resort may offer discounted pricing for plans of five days or longer. It is separate from the Effora Escapes accommodation price. The resort confirms the final rate, availability, eligibility, and fulfillment of the dining plan.
We collect the contact and trip information submitted through the site so we can prepare, verify, and manage a requested stay. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with the owner, service providers supporting the site or payment, and the resort or reservation provider when necessary to complete an accepted booking.
